Delete your onboarding profile
- Sign in to client onboarding with the account that accepted your invitation.
- Select your business and open “Manage your onboarding data”.
- Type DELETE and choose “Delete onboarding details”. Wait for the confirmation.
This removes the selected business profile, its account association and its invitation records from our active application database. It cannot be undone. It does not delete your ChatGPT account, Meta business account, phone number or messages in WhatsApp.
Other deletion requests or trouble signing in
Email athithyavijay@gmail.com with the subject “Fractional HQ data deletion”. Include your business name and the email or WhatsApp number associated with the data, including its country code. Tell us whether you want onboarding records, test messaging records or all data we hold about you removed.
We will verify your relationship to the records, clarify the scope where necessary, and reply with the outcome or explain any information we must retain. Do not email passwords, access tokens or identity documents unless we separately establish a necessary, appropriate verification process. This mailbox process is handled by the operator, not an automated deletion callback.
Limits of deletion
Self-service deletion affects our active onboarding database. It does not erase provider-managed logs or recovery copies, records held independently by Meta or OpenAI, or messages already delivered to another person. We cannot delete data controlled by another business; if your request concerns messages from one, contact that business as well. We can explain what our service holds when you contact us.
