The current service
Fractional HQ currently offers client business preparation and a restricted test workspace. Submitting details does not connect a WhatsApp account or start a campaign. Production access depends on completion of the applicable Meta approvals and account setup; we do not guarantee approval or a launch date.
Your responsibilities
Use the service only if you are authorised to act for the business you represent. Provide accurate information, keep access and invitation links secure, and report suspected unauthorised access to us.
Use customer data only with the permissions and notices required for your use. Send messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, respect opt-outs and follow applicable law and Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies. Do not use the service for spam, deception, impersonation or unlawful content.
Fees and launch arrangements
Preparing and submitting the current onboarding form does not create a paid subscription. Before paid service starts, we will agree the service scope, pricing, payment, cancellation and refund terms with your business. Meta messaging charges are separate from Fractional HQ service fees. The current planned arrangement is for each client to pay Meta directly.
Availability and access
The service is in development and features may change or be interrupted. We may restrict access to investigate misuse, protect accounts or respond to a provider restriction. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error. Keep your own copies of business records you need.
Your data and leaving the service
You remain responsible for the business and customer information you provide. We use it to operate the service as described in our privacy policy. You can delete your onboarding profile or contact us for other data requests. This does not delete your independent ChatGPT or Meta accounts.
Updates and contact
We will publish revised terms here with an effective date. Material changes to a paid service will be addressed with the client before they take effect. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Questions or complaints can be sent to the contact above.
